If you are new in IGNOU so its really confusing that where to download assignments question papers,how to write and prepare assignment file, and how to submit it, Don't worry we are here to help you, it doesn't matter that what course you are doing we are dividing it into two parts first one if you appear in exams two time in a year just like BCA, MCA etc and the other one is if you appear exams one time in a year just like BA and B.Com etc

There are two cycle in IGNOU one is  January to June and other is July to December if you have taken admission in January session and your course is semester wise so the exam will be conduct in June and if your course is yearly wise and you have taken admission in Jan so your exams will be conduct in December.

Just like above if you have taken admission in July session so the exam will be conduct in December for semester courses, and the exam will be conduct in July for yearly courses.

1.Is it Important To Submit IGNOU Assignments?

This is mandatory to submit assignments before the due date for every student in IGNOU, Assignments carry a total number of 30% marks in the overall percentage of a student.if you don't submit the assignment your grade card will not be clear and if you forget or not able to submit the assignments due to any problem so you can submit it next time with your other assignments.

2.Where  to Download IGNOU Assignments Question Papers?

To download the IGNOU assignments question paper follow these steps.

a) click on this link CLICK HERE it will redirect you on IGNOU assignments page.

b) here search your program or simply press F3 key to search your program.

c) after searching download your assignments question papers.

3.Which Session Question Paper I have to Download In IGNOU?

If your program is semester wise so you have to submit assignments two time in a year and if your program is yearly wise so you have to submit assignments one time in a year now we will tell you which question paper you have to download so now first we will tell you for semester program then we will tell you yearly program.

if your program is semester wise read this otherwise jump to the next paragraph so suppose you have taken admission in Jan 2021 so your exam will be conduct in June 2021 so you have to download July 2020 to Jan 2021 assignment question paper and submit before 15th April 2021 and if you have taken admission in July 2021 so you have to download and submit july 2021 to jan 2022 assignments and submit before 31st october.

Point To Note- Always see your admission session and avoid focusing on submitting date.

Now if your program is yearly wise and you have taken admission in Jan 2020 so your exams will be conduct in Dec 2020 in this case you have to download and submit July 2019 - Jan 2020 assignments before 31st October 2020. because you have taken admission in Jan and its come between July 2019 - Jan 2020 now if you have taken admission in July 2020 so your exam will be in June 2021 and you have to submit July 2020 - Jan 2021 assignments before 15th April 2021 .

4.How To Write And Prepare IGNOU Assignment file ?

Just download your assignments and start writing questions and their answers according to the question try to write in your own words you can write on A4 size paper any one lined or plain you can choose any one its your choice,  after writing all answers simply make a front page for all assignments font page must be mention these Also We are giving you a link to download front page just download that and print that out in blck and white and fill the deatils

After preparing the front page, Print out the questions paper and buy a file don't buy a costly file you can buy 5rs or 10rs file first put the front page inside the file then question paper then your answers now your file is ready to submit.

You have to submit your assignments to your study center if you don't know which is your study center simply log in your account on IGNOU website here you will find your study center code name and address simply visit there and submit.
